Having lived in Williamsburg's north side for 7 years, I have never posted about a retail shop until now. I passed Flipping Vintage over the weekend and WOW. Its like finally someone gets what Williamsburg is all about. The owner selects old vintage furniture and refinishes them in a new and modern way. Each piece is unique and the gallery on Roebling is jam packed with one of a kind items. I recommend anyone in need of some great furniture (that your neighbors won't have) to check out this neighborhood gem. PS: I rarely rate anything a five star but in this case the fifth star was awarded because of Travis because he made me feel right at home."

Flipping Vintage is a perfect home store. The owner Interior Designer Joshua Felix has curated a beautiful shop of lovingly and exquisitely restored vintage furniture. The space is welcoming with a wonderful mix of furniture, art, and home goods. The furniture is custom and gorgeous. I was very impressed when I learned that Flipping Vintage specifically uses commercial grade upholstery fabric. Joshua took the time to speak with me about custom projects and his passion for local artists and artisans. The craftsmanship of the up-cycled and restored furniture is unparalleled. I highly recommend making the effort to visit this Williamsburg find. Treat yourself to something special.

Flipping Vintage is great! Once I walked in I could tell that Josh, the owner, has a great eye for vintage furniture. He has an eclectic variety of restored mid-century and a smattering of Victorian pieces as well as a variety of local art. So if anyone is looking for a unique statement piece or a more subtle vintage find Flipping Vintage definitely a Williamsburg spot to check out! After dropping into Josh's shop one day and chatting with him I found out he is also an interior designer. I checked out his website and its clear his skills do not only lie in vintage furniture but also as a designer with great taste.
