We’re a whole animal butcher shop located in Brooklyn, NY specializing in local meat from small family farms located in New York state. All of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass finished and our pork and lamb is raised on pasture exactly the way you think it should be. Feedlots and CAFO’s need not apply! Our meat goes directly from the farm to family owned slaughterhouses to us with no middle man.
